Straight answers to the questions people actually ask before applying.

What does it really cost, all-in?

The one-time build: $497, $997, or $1,497 depending on tier. Your own tool costs: Notion (free plan works), Make.com Core ~$9–16/mo (automation tiers only), and AI usage on your own key (typically free tier or a few dollars). There is no monthly fee to me unless you choose Flow Assurance ($79/mo, optional, cancel anytime).

How much of my time does setup take?

About 20 minutes total: a 4-minute application, ~15 minutes of connection approvals on your own screens, and async answers to a few configuration questions. No calls, no meetings, ever.

Do I need to learn Make.com or become technical?

No. You never open Make.com. Your daily surface is one Notion dashboard. If anything ever errors, you get an automatic email — you forward it, and it gets fixed.

How do I know it actually works before you hand it over?

Every automation is live-tested inside your workspace with sample data before handoff — each expected result checked field by field and logged with a dated verification record you keep. After handoff, a green “System OK — last verified” line updates on your dashboard every day. Proof isn’t a promise; it’s visible.

Do I really own it? What if we stop working together?

Everything is built inside your accounts — your Notion, your Make.com, your email, your AI key. Nothing routes through mine. You can revoke my access in two clicks at any time, and the system keeps running exactly as it did the day before.

What data do you see, and what happens to it?

During setup I access only the system’s databases, through connections you approve and can revoke. Testing uses fake sample records, never your real client data. I keep no copy of anything after handoff. Full details are in the privacy notice you receive — summary on the Policies page.

What if my process is unusual?

The intake form maps your actual flow — stages, offers, follow-up timing — and the system is configured to it. If what you need goes beyond the tier lists (custom integrations, extra automations), I’ll tell you before you pay, with a separate quote or an honest “this isn’t the right fit.”

What maintenance does it need long-term?

Honest answer: not zero. A few times a year, a connected tool may ask you to re-approve access (like any app), and platforms occasionally change things. The daily green line and automatic error emails make problems visible immediately. Flow Assurance exists for people who want that handled for them; the maintenance guide exists for people who’d rather do it themselves.

What does the AI actually do — does it message my clients?

Never. AI writes drafts — follow-ups, renewal pitches, proposals — from that specific lead or client’s notes and goals, and saves them in the task for you to edit and send. Nothing AI-written is ever sent automatically.

What if I want a refund or need to cancel?

Covered plainly on the Policies page: full refund before the build starts, and Flow Assurance cancels anytime with no lock-in.
