Privacy & data handling
- Your data lives in your accounts. The system is built inside your own Notion, Make.com, email, and AI accounts. Nothing routes through mine, and I retain no copy of your data after setup and verification are complete.
- Access is yours to grant and revoke. Every connection is approved on your own screens — I never see or handle passwords. You can remove my access at any time in two clicks; the system keeps running.
- Testing never touches real people. All verification uses clearly-marked fake sample records, deleted before handoff.
- AI drafting uses your own API key, on the relevant record’s details only, and produces drafts for your review — nothing is auto-sent. Provider data-retention settings are configured at setup and documented in your privacy notice.
- Every client receives a full written Privacy & Data Notice and a mutual NDA at handoff.
Terms of service (plain-language summary)
- You purchase a defined build (your tier’s listed deliverables), configured to the workflow you describe at intake, delivered async within the stated window.
- Handoff happens only after every purchased automation passes live verification in your workspace, with the record logged.
- The installed system is yours permanently. Build methods and templates remain mine.
- Your tool subscriptions (Notion, Make.com, AI usage) are separate and paid by you directly to those providers.
- I’m not responsible for outages, pricing, or policy changes by third-party platforms — though Flow Assurance exists precisely to absorb those changes for you.
- Support: your tier’s window includes fixes, questions, and one round of configuration adjustments (~1 business day response). Work beyond scope or window is quoted before any charge.
Refunds & cancellation
- Before the build starts: full refund, no questions.
- Once the build has started: the work is custom, so refunds are partial and reflect work completed — requested by email, resolved within 5 business days.
- If verification can’t be completed for reasons on my side, you owe nothing for undelivered automation tiers — you keep whatever structure was delivered.
- Flow Assurance: month-to-month, cancel anytime, no lock-in, no cancellation fee. Your system keeps running after cancellation.
